I hope by now the word has gone out and you are aware that a conference of colossal proportions is happening this year in the slavic community. You can watch the video in the original announcement post.

Our original plan to buy out an entire airplane and go together has fallen through due to some bad information. If you’re in the youth choir and plan to attend the conference you are urged to register online ($25 fee) as soon as possible so that the churches hosting the even have adequate time to prepare everything.

There is a chance that we may be able to rent a charter bus for the trip, but no official plans have been made yet. Again, if you’re in the youth choir and plan to attend the conference, it’s your best best to order your plane ticket as soon as possible as the prices are relatively low at this time.

You can book your own flight or do groups purchase (Preferred), whichever works best for you. You need to register on Expedia.com: In order for you to order tickets, you will need the following: First, middle, last names; Date of Birth, phone, address, and credit card information.) – Now, as I said – one person with credit card can order several tickets. So, I would strongly recommend to do group purchases so you can have seats together otherwise you will be all over the airplane.
